Marie De Keersmaecker (°1998) is a freelance graphic designer. In her practice, she uses the wider cultural landscape as her playground and collaborates with organisations such as Huis Van Alijn, 019, Kunstenfestival Watou, Veduta and COUR. She is co-founder of Birthday, Felony & Fuss, a publishing platform for artists’ books.
Within Veduta, Marie is working on the visual identity of the project. She is developing a long-term visual identity that evolves alongside the artists and the neighbourhood, and is exploring the graphic traces in public space together with them. This layer forms an annually changing sub-identity, attuned to the voice of the neighbourhood.
